Student FAQ

1. What scholarships does FAMA offer?

FAMA currently offers two $500 scholarships:

  • Scholars of Distinction Award – for students with 90%+ attendance and a 90%+ GPA.
  • Daytime Scholars Award – for students enrolled in the 2:00 p.m. program with 80%+ attendance and an 80%+ GPA.
  • You must be an active FAMA student for at least 30 days before applying.
  • You must meet the attendance, GPA, and conduct requirements for your scholarship.
  • You must complete your full program before the Scholarship Committee reviews your application.
  • Submit your application by email to [email protected].
  • Applications must be sent before your final tuition payment is due.
  • Once received, your application will be held until you complete your program.

Each month, up to five (5) students may be awarded a FAMA scholarship, on a first-come, first-served basis. The scholarship fund is replenished on the first Monday of every month.

  • If awarded, you’ll receive a FAMA Award Letter of Scholarship worth the full value of the Scholarship.
  • You must pick it up in person at the Student Services Office.
  • The award is applied directly to your final tuition payment within three (3) days.
  • Scholarships cannot be redeemed for cash.
