1. Your First-Time Login: Unlocking Moodle
To ensure a smooth first-time login, follow these simple steps. Your Moodle account is linked to the email you used for your enrollment!
Option A: The Welcome Email
The essential login details were sent to the email address you provided in your Enrollment Agreement.
- Check Your Email Inbox: Look for an email from [email protected]
- Don’t Forget Spam/Junk: Crucially, check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. The first email often lands there.
- Find the Credentials: The email contains your Username (your registered email) and a Temporary Password, along with a direct login link.
- Follow the Email Instructions: Use the link and credentials provided in the email. Moodle will then prompt you to immediately create your new, permanent password
Option B: Reset Your Password Instantly
If you can’t find the email at all, use the password reset feature:
- Go to the Moodle and click the “Lost password?“ link.
- Enter your registered school email address.
- Check your email (including Spam/Junk) for the recovery link and follow the steps to create your new, strong password.
- Pro Tip for a Strong Password: Use a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. The longer, the better!
2. Quick Access Checklist (Once Your Password is Set)

- Security: If you share a computer, always Log Out when finished
3. Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Wait 5-10 minutes and check your Spam/Junk and Promotions folders again. If it still doesn’t arrive, try the recovery process one more time.
Verify that you are using the exact email address registered with us. Type your password carefully (case sensitivity matters!).
Enrollment can take up to 24 hours to synchronize. If the courses are still missing after that time, please contact support.
This is usually a browser issue. Clear your cache/cookies and try again. Switch to a different recommended browser if needed.
